The Ship’s Galley Pizzeria features fresh dough made on-site daily, topped with an authentic sauce made from imported San Marzano tomatoes which is made daily as well.
We offer traditional thin-crust 14” Neapolitan pizzas baked in our main taproom in a wood-fired oven, as well as cast-iron Deep Dish and Detroit style pizza. We are also pleased to offer gluten-free pizza, which pairs well with our Farmhouse Cider.
